Consumer Question1: Does the product include a battery?  
Awgem: This product does not have a built-in battery and must be connected to a power source to operate. Please ensure the power supply meets the minimum requirement of 15V/2A. If the voltage is not matched, the first indicator light on the device will flash (indicating a voltage mismatch error, not that it is charging).

Consumer Question2: Does this product have overheat protection?  

Awgem: This product currently has an overheat protection function. If the device overheats, please stop operation and let it cool down naturally. When the cutter head is overheated, do not place it on flammable materials.

Consumer Question3: What materials can it cut? What are the thickness limitations?  

Awgem: It must be cut from top to bottom and can only cut materials with a thickness of less than 8mm. The following are the recommended maximum cutting thicknesses (using standard cutter heads):  Maximum recommended thickness for materials: foam/cardboard <8mm, genuine leather 7mm, ABS plastic 6mm, acrylic 6mm, plywood (wood) 4mm, polypropylene 3mm, carbon fiber board 2mm.

Consumer Question4: Which materials are not recommended for cutting?  

Awgem: The following materials are not recommended for cutting: metal/glass (which may wear out the cutter head), cloth/fiber (which are easily stretched and unsuitable for vibration cutting), and soft silicone or foam (which absorb vibration and may cause uneven cutting).

Consumer Question5: Can I use third-party cutter heads? Are only original cutter heads allowed?  

Awgem: The ultrasonic cutter comes with high‑carbon steel original cutter heads, available in multiple types, offering 2-3 times greater durability than ordinary cutter heads. However, the sharpness and durability of third‑party cutter heads cannot be guaranteed and may affect the cutting experience.
